Read: Jude
Key Verses: Jude: 4, 19-24 “For certain men whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord. These are the men who divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit. But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Be merciful to those who doubt; snatch others from the fire and save them; to others show mercy, mixed with fear—hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh. To him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy”
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for your mercy, peace, and love that you have given to me. I pray that you will help me to keep my faith strong so that I will not be deceived and led astray by people who do not honor you. Mighty God, you are holy and just. So many people have chosen not to follow you and continue in their violation of your law. Those people have suffered great consequences. I thank you for the redemption that Jesus provided for me when he paid my price. I am so unworthy because of my sins but you love me unconditionally and have cleansed me. Praise you for your grace and mercy! Lord Jesus, Thank you for your Holy Spirit who convicts me when I do wrong. I am grateful for the times that I am able to discuss the things of the Bible and of my God with unbelievers. I pray that you will draw my unsaved friends into your loving arms so that they to can be saved from hell. Thank you for keeping me strong in my faith. I pray that you will continue to help me grow in Christ. Amen.
